The way to Anchorpoint 2.0
Why we slowed down feature development to work on what matters most.

Anchorpoint's current tech stack has served us well. However, it runs into several limitations, that need to be improved. In times where everyone can build software with AI, our product must deliver exceptional quality and exceptional service. We therefore decided to start from scratch and rebuild Anchorpoint from the ground up, with a new tech stack based on Rust and a polished UX that applies the lessons we’ve learned over the years. The project is called Anchorpoint 2.0. I wrote a longer post about the thinking behind it.
Anchorpoint for Lore is the first artifact of the new Anchorpoint 2.0. You can download it for free.
Below you can see our current progress and which parts of Anchorpoint 1.0 have already been migrated. The goal is to finish the whole process by the beginning of 2027. This page is updated continuously.
